Survivors: parents; grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Alfred D. Folker, Mr. and Mrs. Orville H. Young, all Salt Lake City; sister, Lila Ellen, Kearns.

Text:   Debra Colleen Petersen, age 27, passed away Oct. 25, 1993 after a long and courageous battle with diabetes.

She was born January 25, 1966 in Covina, California, daughter of Stanley E. and Lila Folker Petersen. Member of LDS Church.

She had great compassion for others and a special love for animals. We will miss her.

Survived by parents, Kearns; sisters, Ellen, Kearns; Donna (David) Clark; nephew, Benjamin; niece, Maren; brothers, Eldon Gates and Roy Petersen, all of West Valley City; and a very special friend, Mark Elison, Murray.
